Carrie had never considered dating women but after many failed relationships, one after the other, she felt it was worth a go some time in the near future. It could not be much worse than some of the dates she had been on, like the date where the guy started crying when I said we had nothing in common, or the one who stared at my boobs all night.

Her friend had set her up for the night and while she was quite excited she was also nervous. The date, Paul, arrived early just like her and she loved him instantly especially after the first thing he said to her was "Wow, you're stunning".They talked about everything from schools and jobs to favourite sex positions and at the end of the night, they didn't want to leave. It seemed this was what she had been waiting for but now she was extra cautious as she didn't want to see it all go wrong.

The next week, they met every day even if only for a coffee, and she fell hard for him. He also fell for her hard too and it was hard to believe that he had been single for so long before he met Carrie. He planned romantic picnics, Romantic getaways and romantic strolls, everything he did with Carrie he wanted to beas romantic as possible. So when it came to the proposal, he knew he had to do it right.

He planned the Proposal down to every last detail. He had decided to do a treasure hunt for her as she knew that the suspense would kill her. He had told her that they were doing something special that night and to dress, she wouldn't regret it. That night she looked absolutely stunning. He placed little clues around his home, and scattered rose petals all over the place. Each clue had a description of where to go next, the final clue read "I'll be with your favourite flowers". At first she didn't get it, and then remembered that he had recently planted red roses in the back garden and she walked out into the garden. She then saw Paul on one knee, with what seemed like the entire world's red rose collectionsurrounding him and heasked her to marry him. Of course, she said yes.

It was the best proposal ever. As they planned the wedding, he knew that she would look as stunning as the day he proposed.
