"There is nothing wrong with internet dating," I shouted. "Alright...gay," taunted back my little sister Beccy. Goddamn my little sister can be such an annoyance sometimes, there's nothing wrong with becoming a couple with someone you met online. I told my mum it was the trend nowadays and she's all for being up with the times so she fully supported me with my decision. I'd had a brief encounter with a couple of the guys I'd met online, obviously meeting with the guidelines of taking someone along with you. A couple of them were adorable but then again you get the deceiving ones that may look nice and appear nice on the screen but get them in real life and you've got a right tosser on your hands.
This one guy I met was absolutely incredible, he wined and dined me, took me on amazing trips around the UK (ok i know its not like Europe or America but whatever). Well anyway, to cut a long and inappropriate story short, he was married and in fact had a child the same as my little sister. Sooo I cut that one in the bud and got the hell outta there. He'd charmed me with his adorable ways but then again most men can be deceitful and this guy was no different.
I'd continued on after this guy to have a brief encounter with another married guy but I'd learnt from my mistakes and began to ask about marriages etc before I continued the relationship any further. I could tell when men were lying. My mum tells me i'm too good looking to be dating guys on the internet but I continue to tell her that internet dating is just like any normal type of dating but you get your distance first.
I'm worried she's going to join the internet dating sites, that would just be embarrassing for me and my dad in fact. My dad thinks it's adorable what I get up to (then again, he hasn't heard about the married men). I don't think i'll always stay with internet dating but maybe just have this brief encounter with it. It's pretty fun though i'm not going to lie!
