I never thought about dating services before because I have not been single since I was 20 years old. That is a long time ago, considering that I am 37 now. I just recently became single a year ago. And let me tell you, it is no picnic. All this time I have been married, I was so grateful that I didn't have to get out there in the dating scene again, and here I am. Out of touch and have no idea what I'm doing in this dating world. But I guess I better learn and learn pretty quick.

So, here I am, a 37 year old women dating for the first time sinceI was a teenager and not really feeling to sure about myself. But I do it anyway, and get through itsomehow. Once I started getting the hang of the dating services, such as online dating, the more comfortable I became.

I went on this one date with a guy that contacted me through the dating services that I picked, online dating, and it was great. I couldn't believe it. He was a gentleman and very cute. We went to a nice restaurant and we sat and had drinks and talked for nearly 3 hours. The aroma from the kitchen was so tempting that we thought since we have been there so long, that we would just stay and have dinner. Our date started at 2:00 pm, and by then it was already about 5:00 pm. So, we stayed and had a wonderful meal and talked more. His company was so delightful and interesting, that another 2 hours just flew by. I don't know if the waitress was getting angry with us or not because we were taking up her table for so long, but we didn't care. Not to be mean, but we were having such a great time. I didn't feel too bad about the waitress, because we left her a big tip. I'm sure she was happy with us then.

After dinner, we still didn't want to part ways so we decided to take a walk in the park and get some coffee. We went to a Starbucks close by and just talked away. He both had a frappuccino and it was the best frappuccino I have ever had. And this was the best date I have ever had with all the dating services that I have tried.
