swing for life

I had just got my new house which was by a lovely crystal clear lake with swans and lots of cute little baby ducks in the beautiful country of Norway. I loved my new house. It was relatively big but it had a cosy feeling all the way through it, and it was just perfect for me. In the bedroom there was this huge fireplace and I could not wait to just snuggle up under a blanket by the fire and have a passionate time with my boyfriend. We would kiss as the flames were alight and it would just be absolutely perfect. I was one of those people who just loved intimacy. Intimacy was something I craved for all the time, and when I did not have intimacy, I felt slightly lonely.

When me and my boyfriend departed and went our separate ways I decided to try out speed dating. I had never been speed dating before but I heard that speed dating was a really nice way to meet some new interesting and decent people so I decided to give speed dating a try out, just to see if I indeed liked it, and if it would live up to the expectations that people had set its standards for.

Well, I was very glad that I tried speed dating because I met a really nice guy who had a similar dream to me. He had just completed a degree in International Politics and he had just landed himself in a good job in Norway and his dream was to live by a lake, surrounding the mountains and just absorbing the beautiful scenery and inhaling the crisp cool air from the mountains.

He was really funny too, and we got a long like a house on the fire. He was very decent, ambitious, committed and had lots of drive. We had so many nice dates, from going out on the lakes and feeding the swans, to going out for nice meals and hitting the city at night, to just snuggling up by the fire and enjoying each others company with a nice big bottle of wine. I loved the time we spent together and everything was just so perfect. He made me feel alive.

As the fireplace had its flames alight, and the burning orange fire swayed gently brushing off a really warm heat, I realized that perhaps this guy could be the one.
